Our Roots

Owner and operator Ryo began in 2004 with a small smog inspection shop off Broadway in Oakland—the origin of the name Broadway Smog and Auto Repair. 

 Ryo took over the current location in 2018 after outgrowing the original Broadway shop with the commitment to preserve its neighborhood roots and tradition of putting customers first with quality, personalized service.
